At Invo, we take our commitment to compliance very seriously. We have an obligation to ensure that we are in compliance across all aspects of our business, and that our team members and partners have confidence in our compliance.
We have put in place a robust Compliance Team, which serves as our internal compass on challenging situations, providing our team members with support and directional guidance and ensuring, giving them fast, easy access to experts to answer questions or address concerns.
What Does the Compliance Team Do?
The Invo Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring Invo adheres to applicable regulations, payor requirements and our own Invo corporate policies including:
- Required Training and Education initiatives
- Monitoring and Auditing our operations and service delivery
- Maintaining an anonymous 24/7 Hotline for reports of unethical or non-compliant conduct
- Overseeing Invo's Privacy Program, and Legal Affairs
