As part of our Mental Health team, you will be giving students the support they need to be successful in the classroom. The true impact of the work we do through our Mental Health Services reaches far beyond the individual student, supporting overall classroom and school wellness and improved teaching capacity for partnering school districts.

What We Are Looking For


  • State appropriate professional licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, PSY)
  • Master's degree from an accredited University
  • Collaborative minded professional with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent counseling skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Experience working in school setting is preferred, but not required

Making an IMPACT

Invo's Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma was developed several years ago as a behaviorally focused wrap-around service that brings professionals from a number of different disciplines together collaboratively to support children with a high number of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

Professionals who are part of our IMPACT team have the opportunity to be a part of a program that is changing the way mental health services are provided to students in schools around the country.
