Through Pathways Learning Center, Invo provides professional development opportunities and Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Current course content is applicable to certification/licensing requirements within these disciplines areas: SLP, OT, PT, or SW. You will need your assigned promo code access for registration and pre-paid subscriptions.

Training Details​: This training meets the requirements of Assembly Bill No. 1172 (10/2019). This training is designed to provide staff who will have contact or interaction with pupils during the school day in the use of evidence-based practices and interventions specific to the unique behavioral needs of the nonpublic, nonsectarian school or agency's pupil population.

Support and Mentoring Opportunities

At Invo, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in students' lives as you navigate your school-based career in areas from mental health support, therapy, and assessments. Get connected with a mentor if you have not already, or reach out to your clinician team lead if you're interested in becoming a mentor to support others along their career journey.

Career Launch

Career Launch is Invo's mentorship program that provides employees who are new to working in the school setting with a discipline-specific mentor who will guide them through their first year working in schools. The program is designed to help school newbies acclimate to the setting and build their knowledge base about how to effectively and efficiently provide their respective services and manage their workload.

Career Launch is also used as our Clinical Fellowship program for newly graduated Speech Language Pathologists (also known as a Clinical Fellow or CF) to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and achieve required Clinical Competency (CCCs). For newly graduated SLPs, Invo will provide a CF supervisor, pay to complete the CFY requirements, and monitor completion to make sure that it is done per ASHA standards.

Beginning on Tuesday September 3rd UKG will require a multi factor authentication for all employee users users to sign in. After attempting to log in you will be prompted to choose a delivery method to receive a verification code. There will be 3 options including text message, voice message and email. When entering your verification code, you will have the option to mark your device as a trusted device. If you choose that, you will only be prompted for the code once a week rather than every log in. Please do not check that box if you're logging in on a public or shared device.

Over the next few weeks we ask that you please take a minute to review your information for accuracy in UKG and update anything as needed. If you need assistance logging into UKG please email hr@invohealthcare.com or reach out directly to your People Support Partner.
