IMPACT: Integrated Multidisciplinary Program to Address Childhood Trauma

Invo's comprehensive program to support your school's at-risk students from elementary to high school

Meeting Your School’s Behavioral and Mental Health Needs for the 2024-2025 School Year

Invo's IMPACT program provides Clark County School District school administrators with front-line support for high-risk students by addressing the underlying causes of challenging, disruptive and sometimes dangerous behaviors. Leveraging a unique team-based approach, Invo unites experienced Mental Health and Behavioral Health teams to work collaboratively - in close partnership with school staff to dramatically increase student's social and emotional regulation skills while teaching and fostering replacement behaviors. In helping schools and families meet their target goals, our program supports skills training, stress reduction, increased self-awareness and enhanced personal empowerment.

The Invo Outcome Scale measures client progress against a number of essential domains and are tailored for CCSD service delivery

Here's what CCSD IMPACT schools have to say based on surveys sent to administrators from school year 2023-24

"You have taken some of the most challenging students and situations and created an environment where everyone can learn. No longer are we, as administrators, devoting hours a week- sometimes a day- to redirect, retract, counsel, discipline or engage in CPI on high needs students."

- Principal at an IMPACT school

I can sleep at night now and not dread all of the things I would have to deal with in my classroom the next morning. The student are definitely easier to deescalate now. The implementation of the new consequence-based strategy has been very effective to manage unwanted behaviors. The IMPACT Team has been helpful with the STAR students with engaging in conversations about their behaviors at the time and the best way of dealing with those behaviors. They have given me hints on how to help a student deescalate a very negative behavior. It's awesome to have IMPACT in our STAR class!

- 4th grade teacher

IMPACT has been a wonderful resource to have on campus for our students. We have so many students at our school that have experienced trauma and have no tools to express it or ask for help. In addition, most educators are not trained in how to support a student who is suffering from mental health crises. Being able to defer to mental health and behavior professionals has really enabled us to address the needs of our students that in the past would often be overlooked. The IMPACT team has also alleviated a huge burden that was on our counselor's shoulders. They are such a valuable part of our team and I know they are impacting our students in positive ways!
