Onboarding FAQs for Your First Day
What to expect during your first several weeks starting at Invo
1. Who will reach out to me for onboarding?
Ans: An Onboarding Specialist will reach out to you to help you get started on your new hire journey and introduce you to your manager.
2. What will be the first step in the onboarding process?
Ans: The completion of paperwork will be the first step in the onboarding process.
3. Will I receive Salesforce training during onboarding?
Ans: Yes, you will receive Salesforce training during onboarding, including timecard tips such as Hourly Timecard Entry and Professional Development Expense Entry.
4. How will I receive my company email address?
Ans: You should have received an email address prior to your first day. Please reach out to Invo IT support should you need assistance with your company email address.
5. How often should I check my company email address?
Ans: We expect all employees to check their company email address at least 2-3 times per week, as important information from the Human Resources Department will be sent to that address.
6. What is the UKG Portal and why is it important?
Ans: The UKG Portal is where you can update your W-4 and Direct Deposit information, check your online pay stubs, and request PTO. It is important to update this information to ensure a smooth first payroll for you.
7. How can I log into the UKG Portal?
Ans: The URL for the UKG Portal is https://e15.ultipro.com. Your username will be your first initial + last name + year of birth, and your default password will be your date of birth in MMDDYYYY format.
8. What should I do if I need help with the UKG Portal?
Ans: You can find the UKG instruction guide from your Onboarding Specialist to help you through different changes or processes that you may need to complete during your onboarding. Please be sure to review, verify and update, if necessary, any personal information including address, phone number and email address.
